Are your employees engaged?

According to the Confederation of British Industry’s (CBI's) 2010 survey, improving employee engagement remains the priority for 7 out of 10 UK employers. The last Gallup survey (for 2008) reported only 20% of UK employees as engaged - this will have fallen much further due to the recession.

We do hope your organisation is in the former 70% and your employees in the latter 20%.

The current environment of uncertainty and anxiety can breed unproductivity and an inward focus on the self, rather than a more desirable outward focus on the organisation and the customer.
