Our range of personal and management development programmes includes four unique programmes which are formally endorsed by the Institute of Leadership & Management:

Each of these programmes has a formal assessment process. At the conclusion of the programme participants are required to complete a 1000-1200 word assignment to assess their understanding of the principles of the programme, and they will receive an ILM endorsed certificate recognising their success on passing the assessment. They will also receive one to one feedback from the trainer, and they will complete a Personal Development Record to use back in the workplace.
On attending the programme delegates will be registered with the ILM and will be invited to claim free student membership of ILM for 12 months. Membership provides continued learning about management, networking opportunities and up to date information relevant for supervisors and managers, via the ILM's resource centre.
