Developing your Project Management Skills

ILM ENDORSED PROGRAMME

This ILM endorsed programme provides an in-depth look into what makes for effective project management. It broadens and deepens the understanding of how a project integrates with other areas of the business and provides additional tools and skills for controlling and delivering projects more effectively.

To conclude the course participants will complete a 1000 -1200 word assignment to assess their understanding of the principles of effective project management and, with one to one feedback from the trainer, complete a Personal Development Record to use back in the workplace.  Delegates will receive an ILM endorsed certificate recognising their success on passing the assessment.

On attendance to the programme delegates will be registered with the ILM and be invited to claim their free ILM membership. Membership provides continued learning about management, networking opportunities and up to date information relevant for today's supervisors and managers, via the ILM's resource centre.
