Performance Management

“A process that contributes to the effective management of individuals and teams in order to achieve high levels of organisational performance.” Armstrong and Baron

Endorsed by the ILM, this programme is designed to develop your performance management skills in order to improve organisational effectiveness and implement a practice of continuous improvement. It uses a variety of models and behaviourist studies to equip you with the knowledge to structure and plan your performance management approach and gives line managers the skills to enable their employees to reach their full potential through effective talent management practices.

To conclude the course, participants will be required to write a 1000-1200 word management report which will be assessed by the Trainer and on successful completion they will receive an ILM endorsed certificate.

On attendance to the programme delegates will be registered with the ILM and be invited to claim their free ILM membership. Membership provides continued learning about management, networking opportunities and up to date information relevant for today's supervisors and managers, via the ILM's resource centre.
