Management Essentials

Dedicated to the development of high performance people

This Essential Management Skills programme is a five-module, eight-day management development programme which is delivered over a period of five months. Each of the modules in this programme are linked together and combined with coaching and peer support.  The programme commences with a pre-programme skills assessment, then on day one you will meet with your fellow delegates and lead coach for an early breakfast briefing to set the context for the day ahead and for the forthcoming modules.  Home assignments and conference calls with the lead coach help to cement learning and support you throughout the programme. The programme is rounded off with an evaluation and a one-to-one personal development session.

This programme is for you if

you are a manager who wants to grow in your role to become a high performance, motivational and inspirational leader. Alternatively, if you are an aspiring manager, the Essential Management Skills programme will give you confidence in your ability to command the attention and respect of senior managers and to demonstrate leadership skills.
