Aims

This course is for you if you already have an understanding of project management concepts, you have responsibility for creating and modifying project plans, and you need a tool to manage those project plans.

Prerequisites

Some experience in working with Project and creating a basic project plan is required. In particular, you should be able to define a basic project plan, link tasks and understand resource allocations.
