There are four key stages in the creation of our learning and development programmes, which involve an assessment of organisational needs, individual learning needs, methodology and evaluation. Your WWP consultant will take you through these stages and work with you throughout the programme lifecycle. All of our consultants have held senior roles in public and private sector organisations. As well as being skilled in the design and delivery of learning programmes they also have a wealth of practical experience in managing staff themselves.
