PROGRAMME AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
To help our clients minimise the risk of project failure, we have significantly expanded our Programme and Project Management learning solutions. Now, all members of project teams can gain the IT skills they need to plan and track projects collaboratively. However, successful project management takes more than just technical ability.
Our holistic approach to successful project management combines both practical and personal skills, as displayed in our recommended Programme and Project Management Paths diagram. The programme material, case studies and exercises incorporate tools and techniques that support best practice methodology and enhance the key skills required for effective project management. Project managers, team leaders, team members and sponsors from any industry (IT professionals, engineers and business people managing or working in a project environment) can all benefit from our unique approach.
