We rely on our clients for constructive feedback on the quality of our services and programme delivery, and each participant will be requested to complete an evaluation form at the end of their programme. This will enable us to evaluate the results and monitor our performance so that we can continue to provide our clients with a consistently high quality of service.

After attending any of our IT Skills programmes, all participants are entitled to receive unlimited support for one year by telephone or email. Any queries will be answered by one of our consultants or a qualified support specialist.
