If you are planning to attend a learning programme at one of our Centres, you will be greeted by a member of staff who will look after your registration and will give you all the information you will need relating to our Centre and and your particular learning programme.

Refreshments are available on arrival, so that you will have time to sit down and relax after your journey. Your training consultant will collect you from the refreshment area and your learning programme will commence at 9:30am.

There will be a short break mid-morning and mid-afternoon, when hot and cold refreshments will be available. There will be a one hour break at lunchtime.

Each programme is delivered by the consultant with the best experience and qualities for that event, and every learning programme will have agreed measurable outcomes. Our Learning Model sets out the criteria we use in developing and delivering our learning programmes and the six key points we use to measure our quality and performance. It is consistent with best practice and accommodates the latest research into the way people learn.

Your day will end at 4:30pm.
