RESERVATIONS
Once a reservation has been accepted by WWP, written confirmation of the booking will be issued to the client along with details of the event and an invoice covering the event fee. An event may be room hire or a learning and development programme.
The programme fee includes all
learning materials, and for all IT end user programmes, 12 months telephone
support following delivery.
The fee for executive meeting and room hire events includes the use of
facilities and services as documented on the Booking Form.
PAYMENT
The event fee must be paid in full, no later than 10 working days prior to the start of the event. WWP reserves the right to reallocate a programme place to another delegate or client if fees are not paid on time.
Invoices relating to Contracts or Training Vouchers must be paid in full within 30 days from date of invoice.
Payment may be made by cheque, BACS, credit card or debit card. Cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard and Switch.
In the event of late payment, we reserve our statutory right to charge interest at a rate of 4% above National Westminster Bank base rate from the due date of payment until date of receipt.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel a booked event by giving written notice and on payment of a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is a percentage of the event fee and varies with the number of working days notice given to WWP in writing before the commencement of the event.

WWP reserves the right to cancel an event at any time without liability. In these circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative date, a credit note, or a full refund.
CHANGES TO PROGRAMME CONTENT
WWPs learning programmes are constantly updated and improved to maintain continuous development. WWP reserves the right to change the programme content without prior notice. Please refer to www.wwp.co.uk for the most current overviews.
DELEGATE SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitution of delegates can be made at any time without incurring a penalty charge.DATE TRANSFERS
Transfer requests made at short notice within 15 and 10 working days prior to the event delivery date will be considered, subject to confirmation of a specified alternative date. Any such transfers will incur an administrative charge of 25% of the event fee.
Transfer requests made with less than 10 working days notice of the original event date cannot be accepted and the full event fee will be payable.
If an accepted transferred booking is subsequently cancelled, or the delegate fails to attend the event, the full event fee will be payable.
PROGRAMME SUITABILITY
It is the client's responsibility to refer to WWP's range of learning programmes, prior to booking, to ensure that the selected programme meets the criteria required by attending delegates. WWP will provide a professional programme with care and skill but accepts no liability in the event that the selected programme is unsuitable for delegate requirements.
COPYRIGHT
It is acknowledged that all copyright, patents, design and other intellectual property rights in or relating to any programme materials provided or made available in connection with the programme, remain the sole property of WWP or its licensors and no copies may be made of programme materials unless expressly agreed in writing by WWP.
SECURITY/HEALTH & SAFETY
All delegates will be expected to abide by any site security and health and safety measures operating at the programme location.
ON-SITE PROGRAMMES
Where a programme is provided as a dedicated programme at a clients site, the following additional terms and conditions will apply.
The availability, content and venue of an on-site programme will be as agreed with WWP and such relevant resources and facilities will be provided at the client's expense, in accordance with WWP's stated minimum requirements for the programme, as communicated on or before the time of booking.
The client will take all reasonable steps to safeguard the personnel or representatives of WWP when on client premises as well as any property brought on such premises for the purpose of providing the programme.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions set out herein represent a complete statement of the agreement between the parties and supersede any previous issue.
