Susan Foran, Chief Executive
Susan, as the original founder of WWP, has developed the company
from its modest beginnings in 1981, to one of the most successful
independent training providers in the UK today. Her direct involvement
has been continuous throughout the company's history, and her
entrepreneurial skills and passion for lifelong learning have enabled
her to lead the company to its current position in the market - ensuring
that we provide our clients with a source of continuous learning and
business benefits across a broad spectrum of disciplines encompassing
Professional Development, IT Skills and Project, Programme and Risk
Management.

Melanie Holland, Operations Director
Melanie Holland joined WWP in 1988 and, since that time, has held a number of key positions, predominantly concentrating on business development and the operational aspects of
learning delivery. As Operations Director, she is responsible for the Administration, Resourcing and Learning and Development Teams.

Tracey Docwra, IT Learning & Development Manager
Tracey has spent 16 years predominantly in HR/Learning and Development Roles. Her experience of the whole training cycle from Training Needs Analysis through to design, delivery and evaluation is extensive, from in-house Induction/product knowledge courses to developing and running Customer Service and Sales programmes.
Tracey also has 7 year’s experience as an IT Training Manager, a role that involved recruiting, developing and performance managing a team of in-house IT trainers to support strategic company projects and change initiatives.

Patrick Haywood, Head Coach
Patrick has been involved in management, operations and training since the mid 90’s. Before becoming a full time executive coach and trainer he was an operations manager in Central and southern Africa, responsible for-the smooth running of a number of country wide safari businesses. Working with teams of up to 150, Patrick took an active role in developing individuals to management and leadership roles in this industry.
A certified coach and member of the ICF and Association for Coaching, Patrick specialises in Innovating Leadership, Coaching Skills, High Performance Teams, Communication skills, Management Development, and Customer Service. He helps to effect sustainable and beneficial change in how people communicate, facilitating long term development that enables individuals and teams to reach the top strata of high performance. Patrick assists leaders to create a vision, create relationships with their own teams and equip them with tools to reach their goals.

Chrystie Harrison, Chartered MCIPD
A dedicated personnel specialist with 15 years professional experience, Chrystie began her career with Marks & Spencer plc on their Management Development programme. She has since worked in both the public and industrial sectors dealing with a vast array of employment issues. As a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, she has a commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
